These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Onmyoji - Echoes of Heian-kyo (the "Game"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Game. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Game and for any activities or actions under your password.

The Game and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of its creators. The Game is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both foreign and domestic countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

- Engage in any activity that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable and offensive.

We reserve the right to terminate your account for violating any of the prohibited uses.
4. In-Game Purchases
The Game may include the option to purchase virtual items or currency with real-world money. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We have the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time, with or without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
